    • Must provide proof of required immunizations (Flu, TB, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap)

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality primary care services in an outpatient setting
  • Manage patient panels with a minimum volume of 18 patients per day
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records with chart closure within 72 hours
  • Collaborate with support staff including RNs and MAs to ensure efficient clinic operations
  • Adhere to all facility credentialing and immunization requirements prior to start date
