Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

CaroMont Family Medicine Stanley is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our primary care team which consists of one MD, two APPs, and one LCSW. This well-established practice serves a large and growing Medicare population. Comprehensive onsite diagnostics, including laboratory services and digital X-ray capabilities. Outpatient schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 4 10-hour shifts. Key Responsibilities Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic evaluations, including laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging. Deliver patient education regarding individualized treatment plans, chronic disease management, and follow-up care. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic health record documentation utilizing EPIC. Requirements Masters or Doctoral degree from an accredited NP or PA program Board Certified FNP or PA-C Active North Carolina medical license and DEA registration, with the ability and willingness to obtain South Carolina licensure and DEA registration.
