St. Joseph’s Health is seeking Family Medicine Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our primary care team in Syracuse, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, outpatient practice with strong system support, delivering comprehensive, and patient centered care.
Position Details:
- Provide full-scope primary care services including preventive care
- Treat patients of all ages including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
- Perform routine physicals, health screenings, and immunizations
- Work within a collaborative, team based outpatient setting

Qualifications:

Compensation:
- Competitive Salary: $105,000 to $125,000 per year, plus additional productivity bonuses and salary increase with tenure
- The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses or additional incentives
