Description
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine + Obstetrics
- Base Salary: $269,000 for a 5-day workweek
- Sign-on Bonus + Retention Bonuses
- Extra Pay for Supervising mid-level Providers
- Quarterly Work RVU Bonus:
- PTO: 4 weeks plus 3 mental health days plus your birthday off
- 5 days CME with $5,000 Allowance
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS
- Modern and Efficient Rural Health Clinic
- Schedule: 5-day workweek
- Saturday clinic coverage is from Nurse Practitioners
- Medical and Dental Benefits start on day one of employment
- Student Loan Repayment: NHSC Certified for Orange County, Indiana; HPSA score: 19
- Board Eligible or Board Certified is accepted
- Will not consider J-1 Visa candidates at this time
- Open to late-career physicians, FM residents, or new graduates
- Good bedside manners, compassionate with patients, comfortable working in a rural community
