Family Medicine OR Internal Medicine Physician Williamsport PA Full-Time or Part-Time | $300,000–$325,000 Base Salary + Production BonusesLooking for a physician role with strong compensation, manageable patient volumes, and better work-life balance?We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our growing long-term care practice in Williamsport, PA. You'll provide primary and chronic care to patients in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living communities with dedicated clinical and administrative support.Why You'll Love This Role

• $300K–$325K base salary + production bonuses
• Approximately 20 patient encounters per day
• No routine weekends
• Minimal call – approximately 1–2 overnight shifts per month
• In-house nocturnist team handles the majority of overnight needs

What You'll DoProvide high-quality primary and chronic care, manage acute and chronic conditions, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with APPs, nursing teams, specialists, and families.Qualifications

• MD or DOBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility to obtain
• DEA registration or ability to obtain
• Long-term care or geriatric experience is a plus, but not required
