Job Description Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family to join a practice with 1 Family Medicine physician and 3 advanced practice providers. Located 40 miles south of Indianapolis.
Flexible Full Time Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Shared call amongst group: Call starts Friday – Monday, 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Rotating Holiday Call Average outpatient volume: 20 - 24 patients per day Dedicated medical assistant Telehealth offered Lab onsite Collegial team
