The Role

• Monday–Friday schedule, typically 8: 00 AM–5: 00 PM
• Option to work a longer 8: 00 AM–7: 00 PM day in exchange for a shorter day
• Choose a 4-day or 4.5-day workweek
• Average 16–24 patients per day
• Collaborative, team-based care model
• Opportunity to focus 100% on patient care, or:
• 80–90% clinical care
• 10–20% Associate Medical Director responsibilities
• Leadership responsibilities are optional — you can choose to remain fully clinical
