Join a team of one Physician and three APP's
See and average of 18-24 patients/day
4-day work week
Serving patients of all ages
Practice Mix: Continuity, Pediatrics, Nursing Home
ED/Inpatient coverage optional

Competitive Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $290,000
Production & non-production incentives
Commencement Bonus: $150,000
Annual CME allowance of $6,000
