Minimum qualifications:
A medical license from the State of Idaho to practice medicine as a Physician Assistant under a Physicians supervision plus a medical certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants Inc. (NCCPA) is required.
The medical license must be free of restriction and no litigation or disciplinary actions may be pending against the incumbent.
The incumbent must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, DEA and State of Idaho Controlled Substance Registration numbers.
Bachelors degree required.
At least 3-5 years experience as a primary care provider is desirable.
