Visitors and clinicians on assignment may explore activities such as bay cruises, kayaking, hiking, wine tasting, and wildlife viewing, as well as cultural destinations and entertainment industry landmarks. The state‘s regions vary in character, providing options suited to a broad range of interests throughout the year. About the Clinician‘s Workday The physician associate will provide outpatient primary care services on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break, at an on-site facility in California. Clinical responsibilities encompass general family medicine services, including the management of acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages, with an expected caseload of 16-20 patients per day. No call coverage is required for this assignment. The clinician will work alongside a collaborative support staff of MAs, RNs, and LPNs, as well as a clinical team of 10 MD and APP staff within the clinic.
