This Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) provides outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages in Visalia, California. The facility operates across two clinic locations in close proximity and maintains on-site support staff, including MDs, APPs, and medical assistants, to support daily clinical operations. Clinical workflows are structured to facilitate consistent and quality primary care delivery within a community health setting.

Visalia, California serves as a gateway to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, offering access to notable outdoor recreation and natural landmarks in the surrounding region. The city features a range of local attractions, including botanical gardens, historical tours, arts venues, and parks. Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Visalia, California, working a 40-hour work week Monday through Friday, with a 4x9 schedule available. The schedule includes one evening shift per week and one Saturday per month, with clinical responsibilities rotating between two clinics in close proximity to each other. The expected caseload is 19 patients per day, encompassing typical primary care services for all age groups. No call coverage is required for this position, and board certification and prescriptive authority are required.
