This facility operates as a family medicine clinic associated with a hospital, delivering outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages within a structured clinical environment. The clinic maintains a team of on-site physicians and advanced practice providers, along with dedicated medical assistant support, to facilitate consistent and quality care delivery. Clinical workflows are designed to address the primary care needs of the patient population served.

Clinicians will provide outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages during day shift hours at an on-site family medicine facility in Washington, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with part-time scheduling available. The expected caseload is approximately 7-10 patients per day, with dedicated time for administrative duties arranged in coordination with the clinician. Clinical responsibilities encompass general family medicine services, including the evaluation and management of primary care conditions across all age groups. No call coverage is required for this assignment, and a dedicated medical assistant is available on-site to support daily clinical operations.
