About the Clinician's Workday
The physician associate will deliver comprehensive family medicine care to adult patients in a correctional facility setting, managing diverse primary care cases including chronic disease management and acute illnesses. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough patient evaluations, providing preventive healthcare services, and maintaining accurate medical records while seeing 20 patients daily Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no call requirements. The clinician will collaborate with medical directors and support staff to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes within the specialized correctional healthcare environment.
