The client is ideally seeking a Nurse Practitioner or PA who is currently enrolled in Medicare and has at least 2 years of primary care experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., with consideration for four 10-hour shifts. There is no call required, and providers will see approximately 10-15 patients per day. The patient population includes all ages and consists primarily of routine primary care visits, gender-affirming care, substance abuse treatment, mental health concerns, physicals, and sick visits. Candidates must have an active Oregon license, Oregon DEA, and BLS or ACLS certification to be presented. Experience in urgent care is not preferred, as it does not align well with the primary care focus of this clinic.
