Job Details

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and pediatric patients at our Beaumont, California clinic.

Job Description

  • Conduct physical examinations and evaluate patient symptoms, medical histories, and overall health
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Prescribe medications, treatments, immunizations, and preventive care services
  • Order and interpret laboratory testing, diagnostic studies, and medical imaging
  • Educate patients regarding medications, nutrition, hygiene, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices
  • Refer patients to specialists and coordinate follow-up care when appropriate
  • Monitor patients with high-risk, urgent, or complex medical conditions
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient visits, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations
  • Review patient records, medications, allergies, immunization status, and previous medical history
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other members of the care team
  • Support clinical staff development and help identify training needs
  • Maintain professional relationships with patients, employees, community partners, and other stakeholders
  • Follow all organizational safety, infection control, privacy, HIPAA, and compliance requirements

Qualifications

  • Medical degree from an accredited MD or DO program
  • Active California medical license in good standing
  • Active California DEA registration
  • Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine or a related primary care specialty
  • Board certified or board eligible within the applicable specialty
  • Current Basic Life Support certification through an American Heart Association approved program
  • BLS certification must include an in-person, hands-on skills assessment
  • Experience providing direct primary care to adult and pediatric patients
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and patient service skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to manage confidential patient and employee information professionally and ethically
