We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician (Bilingual in Spanish) to join a multi-specialty medical group and its team of multilingual healthcare professionals in Brooklyn, NY. Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Active New York State medical license (required).
Board Certified or Board Eligible.

Proficiency in comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management, preventive medicine, and electronic health records.
Excellent bedside manner, strong communication skills, cultural competence, and a team-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
Conduct thorough physical examinations, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Manage ongoing patient care, including preventive health screenings and chronic disease management.
Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.
Deliver patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
