MercyOne Northeast Iowa is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join our collegial and growing team at the Bluebell Road Health Plaza. This is an outstanding outpatient-only opportunity in a modern, multi-specialty clinic known for delivering high-quality, innovative care.

- Outpatient-only, full-spectrum Family Medicine
- Call: 1:8, phone only with nurse triage; no hospital call
- Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
- Single clinic location; Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.

Compensation & Benefits
- 2-year income guarantee:$290,191 annually, plus production incentives and longevity bonuses
- $150,000 bonus package
- Moving allowance up to $15,000
