Join a team of 2 Physicians and 3 APPs
36 Patient Contact Hours
Call: 1-8 rotation
Clinic chronic care coordination team, behavioral health support services
On-site X-ray and lab services
EMR: EPIC

Competitive Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary: $290,100
Recruitment Incentive: $150,000
Moving allowance up to $15,000
Annual CME allowance of $6,000
