Seeking a Family Medicine Physician in western New York to provide full‑scope family medicine care to patients of all ages. Deliver comprehensive primary care across the lifespan while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support underserved families in the region. Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic conditions within the family medicine scope. Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory and diagnostic tests and recommend appropriate therapeutic measures. Competitive compensation package.
 

• Strong clinical skills in managing acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan.
• Comfortable working in an outpatient primary‑care setting.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and electronic health records.
• Trained in Family Medicine through an accredited residency program.
• Active New York State medical license.
• DEA registration for the state of New York.
