Location: Cleburne, Texas

Our organization is currently in search of a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to become part of a well-established practice in Cleburne, Texas. This full-time position offers a collaborative team atmosphere and a strong dedication to patient care. Cleburne is situated in north central Texas, approximately 55 miles southwest of Dallas and 30 miles south of Fort Worth.
Position Overview:
- Standard office hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM
- Leverage advanced technology to streamline workload and enhance patient care focus
- Join a thriving practice with four providers
- Deliver comprehensive family medicine services to a varied patient demographic
- Collaborate with a team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
- Participate in shared call duties with two APPs and two physician providers
- Utilize the EPIC EMR documentation system
- Possession of a Texas medical license or the ability to obtain one is required
Compensation Package:
- Employed position within one of the largest healthcare systems in North Texas
- Initial salary guarantee with a work RVU and quality bonus compensation structure

Additional Information:
- Texas is a TORT reform state
- This is an outpatient-only practice with no hospital call responsibilities
- Experience with or comfort in treating pediatric patients is preferred
- The practice has been operational for over five years
