Advocate Health is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our physician-led medical group and serve its patients at Aurora Health Center - St. Luke's Southshore. Highlights 1.0 FTE

$333,037 to $333,037

St. Francis Clinic

100% Outpatient

The specialties on site are: Endocrinology, Cardiology, Neurology, Pulmonology, Podiatry, Pediatrics, OB/Gyn, Integrative Medicine (Chiro)

The equipment on site include: lab (The on-site lab does run some routine and stat labs but also sends some out to our ACL Central Lab at West Allis hospital), a full service radiology department and rehab services

This location is known for providing a full range of health services in one convenient place and also has Clinical Referral Specialists, Care Management RNCs, Social Service Navigator, Financial Advocate and a Diabetic Educator/RD

EPIC EMR

Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line

Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
