Eligible for expedited licensure through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
Provide comprehensive primary care for adults and children.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Coordinate preventive care and chronic disease management.
Complete accurate EMR documentation.
Perform patient follow-up and care coordination.
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
MD or DO.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
North Carolina Medical License or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.
Eligible for board certification within 24 months of residency completion.
Clean malpractice history and NPDB record.

Position One – Gatesville, NC
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Administrative Time: 2 Hours Total Paid Hours: 25 per week Average Patient Volume: 25 patients per day Compensation: $3,250 per week
Position Two – Elizabeth City, NC
Monday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Administrative Time: 2 Hours Total Paid Hours: 22 per week Average Patient Volume: 19 patients per shift Compensation: $2,750 per week (approximately $125/hour)
