We’re hiring a Family Medicine Physician who wants schedule flexibility, meaningful community impact, and a full-time role that can fit life outside of medicine.

You’ll step into an outpatient role providing comprehensive primary care to patients from pediatrics through geriatrics, with a focus on preventive care, acute conditions, and chronic disease management. You’ll have meaningful clinical autonomy while working alongside an established interdisciplinary team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $180,000–$220,000
• Medical, dental & vision insurance
• Retirement: 403(b) with 1:1 match up to $3,500
• 3 weeks PTO plus accrued sick time
• 10–11 paid holidays
• CME: 1 week plus $3,500 annual allowance
• NHSC & Wisconsin State student loan repayment eligibility
