We’re hiring a Family Medicine Physician who wants strong earning potential, a manageable patient volume, and a predictable schedule with the support of an established physician-led primary care group.

You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on comprehensive primary care, including chart review and supervision for 2 Physician Assistants. You’ll have full clinical support while maintaining autonomy in managing your patients.

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• One Saturday per month, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Limited phone-only call shared among a rotating provider pool
• Manageable patient volume of approximately 20 patients per day

• You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• You’re comfortable providing comprehensive outpatient primary care
• You’re comfortable with chart review and supervision of 2 Physician Assistants

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $240,000–$260,000
• $750 monthly compensation for chart review
• RVU bonus opportunity
• Medical insurance with 80% employer-paid coverage

• CME allowance plus paid CME time
• 401(k) with 4% employer match after 1 year
