Outpatient Family Medicine opportunity in Northwest Ohio for a physician interested in an established practice with a four day workweek.
Opportunity highlights
Full time employed outpatient Family Medicine role
Monday through Thursday schedule
Established and busy practice on a hospital campus
Existing patient population with room to accept new patients
Full spectrum care from pediatrics through geriatrics
Minor office procedures included
Gradual ramp up with longer templates for new physicians
Optional hospitalist shifts available for additional variety and income
Compensation and benefits
Base salary of $253,000
Additional incentive income available
Sign on bonus up to $100,000

Paid time off, CME support, and supplemental retirement benefits
Qualifications
Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
Ohio license or ability to obtain
New graduates may be considered
