We're hiring a Family Medicine Physician who wants flexible scheduling, meaningful patient relationships, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in a mission-driven community health setting.

You'll step into an outpatient primary care role providing preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care to patients of all ages. You'll join a Federally Qualified Health Center serving a 50-town rural region across Western New York and Pennsylvania with strong clinical support, manageable patient volume, and opportunities to teach future physicians.

• You hold an M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
• You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• You hold or are eligible for medical licensure in New York

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $205,000–$246,000 based on experience
• Sign-on bonus available
