Position Overview: As a Family Medicine Physician at Vanguard Medical Group, your role goes beyond diagnosing and treating medical conditions. You will play a key role in delivering compassionate care, promoting preventive health measures, and positively impacting the community's overall wellness.

Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Medical Care: Provide comprehensive medical care, including treatment, therapy, medication, vaccinations, and specialized medical care to prevent, diagnose, and treat illness, disease, or injury.
- Diagnostic Expertise: Order, perform, and interpret tests, and analyze medical records, reports, and examination data to accurately diagnose pediatric and adult patients' conditions.
- Patient Information Management: Collect, maintain, and securely manage patient information, including medical histories, examination results, and reports.
- Patient Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate patients' conditions, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Optional Hospital Rounding: Preferred but not required participation in shared rotation of hospital rounds to manage and coordinate primary care for our patients that get admitted to Chilton Hospital, collaborating with hospital staff and specialists to ensure continuity of care and appropriate office follow up.
- Effective Patient Communication: Clearly explain medical procedures and discuss test results and treatment plans with patients to ensure their understanding and collaboration in their care.
- Health Promotion: Offer guidance to patients and the community on diet, physical activity, hygiene, and disease prevention to enhance overall well-being of children and adults.
- Collaboration and Referrals: Collaborate with medical specialists and other healthcare practitioners when patients require specialized care or services beyond primary care.
- Interdisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate healthcare activities with nurses, social workers, rehabilitation therapists, pharmacists, psychologists, and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Schedule:
- Rotating Rounding and call coverage.
- Rotating weekend coverage
- Rotating holiday coverage
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Possess board certification in Family Medicine.
- Hold a valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of New Jersey.
- Experience beyond residency not required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse panel of patients and support quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong EMR skills and ability to use data to drive outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- May require light lifting (up to 20 lbs.) for supplies or office materials.

Compensation and Benefits:
The anticipated annual compensation for this position ranges from $210,000-$280,000, depending on the role and experience level. Additionally, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and other company-sponsored benefits.
