Family Medicine Physician (Kadlec Clinic)

Our organization is in search of a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician to become part of our comprehensive primary care team in Pasco, Washington. This is an excellent chance to establish your own patient panel while catering to a diverse medical community. You will be joining a dedicated team of eight providers and support staff committed to delivering high-quality care in the sunny Tri-Cities region.

• Annual compensation ranges from $296,169 to $347,122
• Compensation may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift bonuses, as applicable. Additionally, continuing medical education (CME) benefits may be available.
• Comprehensive benefits package includes health, vision, dental, retirement plans, paid time off, CME support, and relocation assistance
• As a non-profit entity, our organization is eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
