About the Opportunity
One of the region’s most well-regarded healthcare facilities in spectacular Wyoming is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join its outpatient team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages
Diagnose, manage, and treat both acute and chronic medical conditions
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and create individualized treatment plans
Focus on preventive care, patient education, and overall wellness
Document patient encounters accurately in EMR and ensure continuity of care
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to deliver high-quality, coordinated care
