Collaborative team!  Established clinical practice with currently 4 providers (2 physicians and 2 APPs).  Outpatient clinic (4.5 day schedule with half days Friday), no weekends. Support patients with preventative and chronic care, primarily an underserved population.  Clinical Works EMR.

Requirements:

• BE / BC Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine
• GA Licensed, or eligible
• Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency desirable

Compensation:

• Guaranteed base salary (up to $220k)
• Call 1:7, phone consults only
• 403b retirement plan (2% match)
