Role Summary

Our client, a mission-driven, multi-site outpatient healthcare organization, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment focused on improving access to high-quality healthcare for diverse and underserved communities.

The physician will work alongside primary care providers, specialists, advanced practice providers, behavioral health professionals, and other clinical staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care while promoting preventive medicine and long-term wellness.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric and adult patients in an outpatient setting
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Deliver preventive care, routine health screenings, immunizations, and wellness services
  • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans and chronic disease management programs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health programs
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices

Required Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
  • Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
  • Active California medical license or ability to obtain licensure prior to employment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Outpatient setting only
  • Multiple clinic locations available throughout Southern California

Compensation

  • Annual salary ranging from $290,000 to $300,000, based on experience and qualifications
