As a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO), you will help individuals and families access high-quality, comprehensive healthcare by providing preventive, acute, and chronic disease management services that improve health outcomes and strengthen the communities we serve.
Your work will directly support improved patient outcomes, better access to care, and the overall health and stability of the communities we serve.

About Third Street
Established in 1994, Third Street Family Health Services is a regional nonprofit community health center serving communities across Richland, Marion, Ashland, and Crawford counties.
We provide medical, dental, behavioral health, pediatric, OB/GYN, and community outreach services through a patient-centered model of care. We believe healthier communities are built through accessible, affordable care, strong partnerships, and a commitment to meeting people where they are.
