    Requirements

    • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine(Board Eligible candidates must be actively completing residency)
    • Active Georgia medical license (or ability to obtain)
    • DEA registration
    • Eligible to work in the United States
