About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide comprehensive family medicine services to geriatric patients across four nursing home facilities, managing 20-25 patients daily during 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM shifts four days per week. Clinical responsibilities focus on compliance-driven visits including H&Ps and federally required visits flagged in the system as priority requirements for physician completion. The position includes call coverage from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM with calls routed to advanced practice clinicians, and administrative responsibilities totaling approximately 40 hours per month across all buildings with monthly call rotation and weekend call coverage.
