This Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) provides comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages in Pennsylvania. The facility maintains on-site support staff, including medical assistants, licensed practical nurses, and registered nurses, to support daily clinical operations. Clinical workflows are structured to facilitate consistent and quality primary care delivery within a community health setting.

Pennsylvania offers a range of experiences suited to varied interests, including outdoor recreation, cultural venues, and regional attractions. The state provides access to historical sites, natural landscapes, and educational institutions that complement the professional experience for clinicians on assignment.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Pennsylvania. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with flexibility available. The expected caseload is 8-10 patients per day, encompassing the full spectrum of family medicine across all age groups. No call coverage is required for this position, and board certification and prescriptive authority are required.
