Our client, a prestigious and growing physician-led healthcare group in Long Island, NY, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician to join its dedicated team. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients across all ages.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses efficiently.
  • Conduct routine wellness visits, health screenings, and preventive care initiatives.
  • Manage ongoing patient care, coordinate specialist referrals, and ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and timely medical documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative staff to promote high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
  • Active or eligible for a New York medical license.
  • Strong clinical proficiency, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care.
  • Prior exposure to value-based care models and quality improvement programs preferred
  • Bilingual abilities or proficiency in additional languages preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice in a primary care setting preferred
  • Ability to work onsite five days per week.
