Job Summary and Responsibilities
As ourFamily Medicine Physician, you will joinCHI Health Clinic in Omaha, Nebraska, and become part of a growing, multispecialty team dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. With your background in Family Medicine, you will have the opportunity to build a thriving outpatient practice while serving as a trusted healthcare partner for individuals and families throughout Nebraska.
Every day you will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services, develop long-term relationships with patients, collaborate with specialists and hospital-based providers, and contribute to a culture focused on quality, access, and continuity of care.
To be successful in this role, you will be a board-certified or board-eligible physician with strong clinical skills, a commitment to preventive and evidence-based medicine, and a passion for serving patients across the continuum of care. You will also demonstrate excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with patients, colleagues, and the community.
We are offering a two-year salary guarantee, relocation assistance, bonus, CME allowance, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to join an established and rapidly growing primary care practice.
