Family Medicine Physician (DO) – OMT Focus

Our client, a physician-owned outpatient practice providing comprehensive family medicine with an emphasis on osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT), is currently seeking a Physician to join their team. This person will be responsible for integrating OMT into everyday patient care while treating patients with chronic pain, musculoskeletal conditions, hypermobility disorders, wellness needs, and traditional family medicine concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine care, including preventive care, acute visits, chronic disease management, and wellness services

• Incorporate Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) into routine patient care as clinically appropriate

• Evaluate and treat musculoskeletal complaints, chronic pain, hypermobility, injuries, and other complex conditions

• Perform applicable in-office procedures such as joint injections, trigger point injections, tendon/ligament injections, and prolotherapy

• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and ongoing care

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in eClinicalWorks

• Review medications, vital signs, test results, and follow-up needs as part of each patient visit

• Coordinate care with specialists, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers as needed

• Work independently within a busy outpatient setting while maintaining a high standard of patient care and strong patient relationships

• Collaborate with practice leadership and staff to support efficient clinic operations and a positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Significant experience performing Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment

• ONMM board certification or eligibility preferred

• Physicians who routinely integrate OMT into family medicine practice are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation: $200,000–$250,000 annually, depending on clinical schedule and patient panel.
