Position Summary
UNC Health Pardee is recruiting a full-time, Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician for an employed outpatient position. This opportunity offers a strong referral base, excellent system-wide collaboration, and a supportive practice environment focused on high-quality care.
Practice Highlights:
Monday-Friday outpatient schedule
Hospitalist program manages all admissions and inpatient care
After-hours triage service for nights, weekends, and holidays
Epic EMR with Abridge AI
Part of the Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) network
National Health Service Corps (NHSC) approved site
Experienced nursing and clinical support staff
Dedicated Medical Assistant (MA) support
Referral Coordinator to streamline specialty access and follow-up care
Clinical Social Worker providing patient and family support services
Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner (CPP) access for medication management and patient education
