We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our rural health clinic network, including the Woodlake Clinic and surrounding community-based sites.

This role is ideal for physicians who value broad-scope primary care, community impact, and continuity of care in a close-knit environment. Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Compensation: $350,000 - $375,000
• $25,000 Sign-On Bonus

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
