Position Overview:
We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Sandusky, OH. This role offers exceptional work-life balance and a comprehensive benefits package, serving diverse populations in a community health setting.

Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Eligible for Ohio medical licensure.
- Board Certified in Family Medicine.

- Skilled in comprehensive primary care, quality improvement, and clinical leadership.
- Leadership, mentorship, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to providers and support staff.
- Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
- Lead quality improvement efforts and ensure clinical excellence.
- Collaborate with leadership on new projects and care initiatives.
- Support recruitment, development, and retention of clinical staff.
- Participate in continuing education and maintain board certification.
