    Description

    As a Primary Care Physician, you will lead with excellence in delivering personalized care to a diverse group of patients. You'll join a collaborative, dynamic team and have the opportunity to mentor mid-level providers, ensuring every patient receives care tailored to their unique needs.

    What You'll Do:

    Lead Patient Care: Provide comprehensive, ongoing care to your own panel of patients, guiding them through each stage of their health journey with expertise and confidence.

    Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with physicians, NPs, PAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and a coordinated experience.

    Mentor and Develop: Support the growth of mid-level providers by mentoring them, ensuring adherence to best practices and the highest standards of care.

    Document Thoughtfully: Keep accurate and thorough patient records to facilitate informed decision-making, quality care, and effective communication within the team.

    Champion Patient Privacy and Choice: Safeguard patient information, respect their rights, and deliver care that is culturally sensitive and individualized.

    Continue to Grow Professionally: Stay current with medical advancements through ongoing education, conferences, and peer collaboration.

    Set the Standard for Quality: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care standards and satisfaction.

    What You'll Bring:

    A Medical Degree from an accredited institution.

    Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or another primary care specialty.

    Licensed to practice in Michigan and credentialed at Metro Detroit-affiliated hospitals.

    1-3 years of experience in primary care or internal medicine, with a commitment to patient-centered care.

    Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems (Allscripts experience is a plus).

    A dedication to professional growth through continuing education and staying up-to-date with medical advancements.
