License: Any active, unrestricted U.S. State Medical License

Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

Patient Volume: Approximately 12 14 patients per day

Experience Needed: Outpatient Family Medicine experience preferred

Special Skills Needed: Outpatient primary care experience; ability to manage acute and chronic conditions across patients of all ages

Credentialing / Onboarding Time: 8 10 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Conduct physical examinations, prescribe medications, order diagnostic testing, and coordinate referrals and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with IHS facility requirements.

Misc: Outpatient Family Medicine Physician providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages at the Teec Nos Pos IHS facility. Responsible for diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, conducting examinations, prescribing medications, and coordinating referrals and follow-up care.
