  • 4 Family Medicine physicians
  • 3 Advanced Practice Providers
  • 2 Internal Medicine physicians
• Shared call - phone call only with nurse triage support
• All specialties and services available onsite

Compensation & Benefits

• 2-Year Income Guarantee: $290,100 per year
• $150,000 Bonus Package
• Production incentives
• Moving allowance up to $15,000
