Family Medicine, Primary Care APP Role in Marietta, OH with Opportunity to Join an Established Pract

Memorial Health System is seeking a motivated Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing Primary Care team in Marietta, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an established practice with a full patient panel, allowing you to maximize productivity and earning potential. You'll work alongside experienced providers in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with dedicated clinical support staff committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities: Provide Primary Care services, preventive services and chronic care management.

Preferred Skills & Traits: The ideal Primary Care APP is a compassionate, patient-centered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with strong clinical judgment and experience managing acute and chronic conditions across diverse patient populations. The candidate demonstrates excellent communication, collaboration, and care-coordination skills; practices evidence-based medicine; and is committed to preventive care, quality outcomes, and building long-term patient relationships. Flexibility, professionalism, and proficiency with electronic health records are essential.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $150,000
• Annual CME funds of $3,000

Current Number of Physicians & APPs: 1 FTE Physician and 1 NP

Office Location: 300 E. 8th Street, Suite 121 Marietta, OH 45750

Schedule: TuesFriday, 7:30am4:30pm.

Office Hours: MondayFriday, 7:30am4:30pm

Patient Volume: 2028 per day

Performance Criteria:

• Must meet weekly visit standard of 68 visits
• Must work towards minimum goal of all quality initiatives defined by Primary Care leadership
