Job Description
At NorthBay Health, we are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Primary Care team in Vacaville, CA. In this role, you will serve as a key member of a multidisciplinary care team, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across the lifespan—from pediatric to geriatric populations—while working collaboratively with a supervising physician and guided by established clinical protocols.

Compensation Physician Assistant
$88.42 - $107.45 per hour Nurse Practitioner
$93.08 - $113.15 per hour
Compensation is determined based on directly related experience. Maximum rates reflect providers with 20 or more years of applicable NP or PA experience. Additional per diem shift differentials available.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (Master’s required) or Physician Assistant program
Current California NP or PA license
Board Certification (NCCPA for PA or ANCC, AANP, AACN, or PNCB for NP)
Current AHA (or equivalent) CPR certification
Active DEA license (Schedule II and above)
Valid Furnishing Number
NP: 2+ years of NP experience or 4 years of RN experience
PA: Relevant clinical experience or completion of internship
Preferred: Experience in primary care or ambulatory setting
Ability to evaluate and treat patients across the lifespan (pediatric to geriatric)
Strong collaboration, communication, and patient care documentation skills
