License/Certification: CPR certification. MA NP license, DEA & Mass Controlled Substance Registration
Job Expectations:
60 - 70% administrative, covering inbox management based on the Primary Care site where assigned. This includes managing messages, refills, referrals, results, portal messages, etc with supervision
30 - 40% will be direct patient care, where in the day you will be scheduled to see patients in between covering inbox management. This may include same day, urgent care type visits, some physicals, ED follow ups, etc.
Important to note, this will be more focused on administrative work, not just clinical.
This will require being very flexible with travel on daily basis if needed, site to site.
Hours will be M - F, 8 - 5 pm
Main role is to cover LOA's, departures, these types of needs. In event where we do not have this type of need, we will deploy based on greatest need to cover vacation or any other need based on business need but the full-time hours will be provided nonetheless.
Clinical supervision will be provided as they are traveling between sites.
They may not have a dedicated staff member per se, but will have clinical support when they are seeing patients & will be able to access resources at the site where they will be working.
