The University of Wisconsin Department of Family Medicine and Community Health (DFMCH) and UW Health Beaver Dam Clinic are seeking a Family Medicine physician to join their team. This position offers the full spectrum of family medicine, with OB being optional. Youll have the opportunity to work in a small-town clinic setting while being part of a large, academic system with specialist connections. Additionally, youll be involved in teaching medical students and have the chance to pursue scholarly work.

Requirements:
- MD/DO or equivalent.
- Wisconsin medical license (or eligibility) prior to start date.
- Board certification or eligibility (ABFM or AOBFP).
- Successful completion of a fully accredited Family Medicine Residency Program.
