As ourFamily Medicine Physician w/ Surgical OB, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive healthcare, including vital surgical obstetrics services, to the Fort Morgan community served by CommonSpirit Mountain Region.Embrace a rewarding career inrural healthcare, leveraging a dedicated C-section suite and on-site APP support to provide exceptional patient care within a supportive hospital environment.
Each shift you will engage in managing 36 patient-facing hours per week at our clinic conveniently located within St. Elizabeth Hospital. You will be instrumental in our commitment to accessible, high-quality care, performing surgical obstetrics and collaborating with a dedicated APP to deliver optimal outcomes for mothers and babies.
To be successful in this role, you will be a board-certified or board-eligibleFamily Medicine Physicianwith a strong interest and proficiency inSurgical Obstetrics. Your expertise will be critical in providing vital labor and delivery services, alongside comprehensive primary care.Familiarity with ahospital-based clinicsetting and a desire to contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on accessible healthcare will be key to your success.
We are offering a highly competitive guaranteed base salary of $298,171, alongside additional $58,000 in compensation for labor deck shifts(7 per month), a generous $29,817 sign-on bonus, and up to $15,000 for relocation.
