Do you have room in your home and heart to support an adult with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities? Are you able to support an individual to be successful at home, work, and community? If so, you may find fulfillment in the role of a Family Model Provider.Summary: Family Model Provider: We are looking for caring individuals who share our dedication to providing a supportive environment for persons with intellectual and /or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) in their home. We ask that you bring a desire to serve others and share your home, and RHA will provide the training and support to ensure your success. As a Family Model Provider, you will be asked to provide support for individuals with disabilities in a home setting. You will be asked to provide the supports identified below based on the needs of the individual in your care.Pay: $50k+/yr

RHA will assist you in the following capacities:
Provide support through a multidisciplinary team for crisis assistance and training as needed as you begin your journey as a Family Model Provider. Training includes RHA’s proprietary ProAct training, which focuses on supporting resiliency, emotional stability and problem solving.Supervision will be provided to assist you in adjusting to your new role. The frequency and amount of supervision will be determined in a collaborative relationship with your RHA supervisor.Pre-employment screening:
